Moloken is sort of all over the place musically, but the band’s core sound can be described as a combination of abrasive sludge, post-metal, and post-hardcore. The guitars have a wide variety of sounds, including the dense, rhythmic riffs of sludge and post-metal, more cathartic ambient segments, and the jangling dissonance of post-hardcore.
